Designed to satisfy the needs of masonry contracting companies, the FRSM-20K work platform combines safety, sturdiness and capacity for mid- to large-size job sites.

Used with one or two masts, this system of cantilevers, bridges and forward extension allows users to benefit from over 130 different configurations. Ideal for construction projects up to 80 ft (25 m) in height, the FRSM-20K also distinguishes itself when comfort, safety and performance in high altitude are required.

Its lifting hook mechanism calls for minimum maintenance and gives the FRSM-20K all the power required. Assembled with one mast, this system offers:

• a maximum length of 48 ft (14,6 m);
• a load capacity of 10 000 lb (4 540 kg);
• a lifting speed of 7 ft (2,1 m) per minute.

Whether the FRSM-20K is mounted on a ground base or a freestanding base equipped with adjustable outriggers, the initial installation and positioning of extensions and bridges can be accomplished in less than one hour using a fork lift.

The possibility to increase the upper working area and install a lower step working deck on the outriggers gives the workers a productive and safe environment: material is readily available. The platform also includes a build-in toolbox to store all the tools required for installation.

The FRSM-20K comes with wall ties and several types of anchors that can be easily installed to secure the platform. Finally, as with all models of Fraco's platforms, the 20K is delivered with guardrails that provide a safe working environment.

The multi configuration system of the FRSM-20K can be completed by a set of components such as the overhead and weather enclosure systems. Also, the platform can be equipped with an easy to install monorail system which facilitates the positioning of light loads. Finally, a hydraulic portable crane can be added to the FRSM-20K to feed the platform with material when heights become an issue.
