Shanon Beekman's appointed Training Development Manager

St-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, February 13, 2020 - François Villeneuve, Vice-President, Project Development & Engineering at Fraco Products Ltd, is pleased to announce Shanon Beekman’s appointment as Training Development Manager.

In this role, Mr. Beekman will represent Fraco on different standards committees and assist the company regarding the implementation and compliance with United States, Canada, and Europe standards for the elevator/hoist line of products. Also, he will implement, promote and handle the training program, and will offer technical support to customers, managers, co-workers and employees. Finally, Mr. Beekman will participate in innovation and products improvement.

For more than 10 years, Mr. Beekman directed and oversaw mechanical and electrical engineering of a R&D department. He also managed the aftersales and customer support department of a recognized manufacturer of material hoists systems. Dedicated to assisting and creating a safer industry for all individuals involved in elevators and hoisting at an international level, he has been appointed as vice-chair and voting member on several standards committees of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and Canadian Standards Association (CSA). Mr. Beekman is also an active member of the Scaffold and Access Industry Association (SAIA).
